Spiritual dream journeys have been used since time immemorial to travel into the world of our subconscious. There, inner blockages can be released and new goals revealed. It is the most beautiful story in the world, the hero's journey into one's own core. In yoga, the technique is called 'Yoga Nidra', in modern psychology it is called a "journey into the subconscious", and among the Native American medicine men and women it is called a "journey of the soul". This technique is partly over 120,000 years old.
I learned this technique in 3 years of training in the North American style. The fascinating thing is that it is 50,000 years
old. According to Aborigines in Australia, it is even more than 120,000 years old. And who knows, if you believe the traditions of Atlantis and Lemuria, then this technology could even be more than 250,000 years old (speculation).
I combine this technique with the teaching Buddha's
and Jesus Christ, that is, you stay in the feeling. It is a deep relaxation. The difference to hypnosis, for example, is that the therapist's head can easily interfere. This is avoided if both the client and the "tour guide" stay in the body feeling. The body serves as an anchor and the head as an observer.
The Result
are dream images from the Subconscious. And this can help to resolve inner tensions, subconscious fears and conflicts, and provide new creative impulses. The result is then a fulfilled everyday life.
